Do you want to permanently delete or anonymise one of your contacts ?
In Realforce, it is not possible to permanently delete a contact. However, to comply with the New Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), you can anonymise and archive a contact.
⚠️ Please note that once this action is taken, it cannot be reversed, and all personal information will be permanently lost.
➡️ To do this, click on the profile of the contact that you'd want to anonymise, click on "More" located on the top right corner then click on "Make Anonymous".
The contact will then be automatically anonymised and archived.
