How to change the settings for sending copies of leads on a portal?

Would you like to modify the settings for sending copies of leads on a portal?

If you notice that copies of leads from certain portals are not being sent to you, it's possible that the copies are being sent to the wrong email address.

Please follow the steps below to check/modify the request sending address.

Step 1:

Click on "My Agency"

Step 2:

Click on "Internet Portals"

Step 3:

In the list of portals, select the portal whose settings you would like to modify.

Step 4:

Click on "Edit" and then on the "Contact" tab.

Step 5:

Under the "Recipient of the copy of the request" field, select whether you would like the requests to be sent to:

  • only the broker's email address
  • only the agency's email address
  • both the broker's and agency's email addresses

Please note that the agency's email address is the one specified in the "Required" tab, and the email addresses may be different for sale and rental leads.
