Starting from October 2021, all your listings will be sent to the portals within an hour after they are published or modified.
Realforce is picking up speed and allowing you to be published on portals much faster and more frequently. You can now publish up to 24 times a day instead of 9 times because synchronization works day and night.
How does it work? You don't need to do anything. As soon as you publish a new property or save a modification to an existing one, your listing is queued to be sent to the portals within an hour. You can make changes to other properties during this hour, and they will be published at the same time as the first one, as your place in the queue is reserved 😉
Below are the update frequencies for certain portals for publishing listings:
Immobilier.ch
Updated every 5 minutes (as soon as the information is received on the server)
Homegate
Updated every 5 minutes (as soon as the information is received on the server)
Immoscout24
Updated every hour (07:00, 08:00, 09:00, etc.)
Acheter-Louer
Updated four times a day (05:00, 10:30, 14:00, 18:00)
Properstar
Updated three times a day (07:00, 13:00, 18:00)
