How can my colleague(s) send emails on my behalf ?

Would you like your colleague(s) to send emails on your behalf ?

Step 1:

Click on your initials / photo at the top right corner of the CRM.

Step 2:

Click on the "My Account" tab.

Step 3:

Under the "Services" section -> "Emails: Send on behalf," tick the "Authorise sending emails on my behalf" option and click on "Save."

Kindly note that your domain name needs to be whitelisted in the CRM for this option to work. To do so, kindly provide this information to the support team (support@realforce.ch) and they will activate it for you.
